HOW IT WORKS

From form submission to match

1

Submit your event or sponsor brief

Event hosts share what they’re planning and what they’re looking for. Sponsors share who they want to reach and what they can offer.

2

We find the right match

We identify strong matches between events and sponsors based on audience, goals, vibe, budget, and timing.

3

You'll get a match or offer email

We surface relevant events to sponsors who then make a offer or pass. We’ll send the anonymized sponsorship offers to hosts who can either accept, counter, or pass.

4

We make the introduction

If both sponsor and host want to move forward, we make the introduction and outline the deal terms. For cash sponsorships, the sponsor sends us the funds and we distribute them.

5

Both sides rate the experience

After the event, hosts and sponsors leave private reviews about their experiences enabling everyone builds a track record and gain credibility.

THE SPONSORSHIP SPECTRUM

Every tight audience has a brand that's already trying to reach it. Most hosts bringing people together just haven't met that brand yet. Ghost makes the introduction.

Unlock the value of your audience.

THE MOMENTS

Series A+ founder retreat

COO summit

Annual VC general meeting

THE SPONSORS

Boutique law firm specializing in startups

B2B SaaS company providing a productivity tool

Wealth management group from a large bank

Human presence is the one thing AI can't replace.

In the AI era where everything online gets generated in seconds, a real, physical room becomes the most valuable inventory in marketing and to connect.

THE HOST SPECTRUM

Hosts aren’t all the same

A host is any entity that owns access to an audience and is able to bring them together IRL: a popular newsletter, a Slack group, an alumni list.

INDIVIDUALS

Founders, organizers & creators

A monthly founder dinner. A newsletter with 10k engaged readers.

BUSINESSES

Accelerators, agencies & member orgs

Communities that already gather a high-value audience on a regular cadence.

NON-PROFITS

Clubs, federations & civic orgs

Recurring rooms with loyal members and real local reach.

INSTITUTIONS

Universities & alumni offices

Audiences that gather maybe once a year but carry enormous trust.

THE SPONSOR SPECTRUM

And neither are sponsors

A sponsor isn't just someone who writes a check. It’s any entity that fills whatever gap the host has.

CAPITAL

Banks, firms, and B2B companies

Underwrite a room with cash in exchange for airtime and warm introductions.

VENUE

Restaurants, galleries & clubs

Provide the physical room in exchange for category exclusivity and exposure.

PRODUCTS

CPG, food & beverage

Provision product for trial in a real moment of use, where the room sells it for you.

SERVICES

Wellness & local providers

Offer services directly at the event: a real experience, not an ad.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

  • We share event brief with sponsors in order for them to decide if they want to make an offer or not, but we will not share any contact information until both parties are ready to move forward. We do not share sponsor profile and keep offers anonymized until it is accepted by the host.

  • In order to send your cash sponsorship to the host, use this secure transaction website.

  • The IRL economy is the growing market around real-world gatherings, in-person communities, live experiences, sponsorships, and the software that makes offline connection measurable, fundable, and scalable.
