  • AI interaction data: Chats, Talks, and Types with Ghost

  • Facilitate Matches through the Matching Engine

  • Send Notifications, updates, and invitations

  • Improve features and algorithms

  • Prevent fraud, ensure safety, and enforce policies

  • Comply with legal requirements

  • Send marketing content (with consent)

AI Matching: Ghost Social uses artificial intelligence to suggest Matches and generate insights. While powerful, AI results may sometimes be incomplete or imprecise. You accept responsibility for how you act on AI recommendations.

5. Sharing Information
5.1 With Other Users
Your Profile may be shared with Matches, subject to your settings and consent.

5.2 With Service Providers
Trusted providers help us run the Platform, including:

  • Technology partners (e.g., OpenAI, Replit, Vapi, Pipedream)

  • Hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)

  • Analytics and communication vendors

  • Security vendors

These providers may only use your data as directed by Ghost Social.

5.3 Legal Disclosures
We may disclose data to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate violations, or as part of a merger or acquisition.

6.1 Retention

  • Active Accounts: Data kept while Account is active and up to 2 years after last activity

  • Deleted Accounts: Most data deleted within 30 days; some retained longer for legal or security purposes

  • Communications: Retained up to 2 years

  • Financial records: Retained as required by law

6.2 Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption, access controls, and monitoring. If a breach occurs, we will notify affected Users within 72 hours where required.

7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your data

  • Restrict or object to processing

  • Request a copy of your data in portable format

  • Manage communication preferences

  • Delete your Account

Ghost Social is for Users 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If discovered, we will delete it promptly.
