For sponsors

Privately set up your organization
Ghost drafts your profile from your website; review it to set your category, audience, locations, budget, and what you want in return. You’re invisible on the platform, seen only by hosts once you’ve closed a deal.

Privately browse best-fit moments
Receive only the moments most aligned with your organization, each with a match-quality rating. Hosts never know their moment was surfaced to you.

Anonymously make an offer
Send your amount and what you want in return. To the host you show up only as your category, such as “fintech sponsor,” until the deal is done.

Reveal identity & activate sponsorship
Once you and the host agree to a deal, both identities are revealed. Pay through Ghost and get the deliverables you agreed on.

Create your moment
Add the event name, when and where, who’s in the room, the amount you’re seeking, and what you can offer in return.

Get surfaced to the best-fit sponsors
Ghost surfaces your moment to the sponsors that fit best. When one makes an offer, you see its category, such as “fintech sponsor.”

Review offers
Sponsors make the first move, you can’t reach them until they make an offer. Negotiate until you reach a deal — accept, counter, or decline an offer.

Reach a deal and get paid
Once both parties agree to the terms and the deal is finalized, both identities are revealed. Get paid through Ghost, then deliver what you promised.
